TrustFord opens refurbished dealership in Erdington – ilmuhangat

TrustFord officially opened its newly refurbished dealership in Erdington following £350,000 investment.

In attendance was TrustFord CEO Stuart Mustoe, Sarah Brettle, director of Ford of Britain’s customer service division and Catherine Blee, Ford passenger vehicle sales director alongside members of TrustFord’s Board and leadership team.

During the official opening, Brettle presented the team with the 2022 President’s Award, which recognises the team’s exceptionally high levels of customer service and satisfaction, combined with a strong sales and aftersales performance.

The dealership team recently achieved Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) accreditation, recognising their expertise in the electric vehicle sector.

Mustoe said: “It was great to visit our newly completed site in Erdington today. The facilities and the expert Erdington team will allow us to make sure our customers have the best experience possible when they visit us.

“I’m especially proud of colleagues who have worked hard to get the site ready to open and are so committed to driving the standard in customer care.”
